I put Dr. Scholl’s insoles in almost every pair of shoes that I own. Not only do they make my narrow feet feel just a little snugger in a shoe of regular width, but they also make a long day on the sales-floor or traipsing about town with a client much more comfortable.
For a closed-toe shoe such as a boot, bootie, oxford or even a casual sneaker, I buy the “Dr. Scholl’s for Her Comfort Insoles.” I get them at my local CVS and they are worth every cent of the $14.29 that they cost.
Just to make sure that you can identify them in case you want to get yourself a pair…
They say the following things on the yellow and purple case:
- “All-day comfort”
- “Fits comfortably in pumps and flats”
- “With massaging gel to absord shock”
- “Won’t crowd toes”
In addition to all of these features, they have a peel and stick backing which allows you to get proper placement in your shoe and feel confident that they won’t slide around and move out of place.
I can promise that your feet will thank you for investing in a pair…or two…or three.
Here’s to comfortable feet!
