As you know, our Boston Fashion Week event is fast approaching. Because of this, I wanted to put the spotlight on Nomad, an eclectic and sophisticated boutique in Cambridge, who has been so kind as to lend their clothing, footwear and accessories to be the stars of our fashion show.
Nomad specializes in fair trade, organic, earth-friendly and environmentally sustainable clothing, jewelry, textiles, folk art, books and home furnishings from around the world. The two-story shop seems to house an infinite number of items, all equally colorful and interesting.
As a stylist more attuned to Newbury St. and high-end department stores, I was blown away by their collection of clothing, footwear and accessories and am thrilled with the modern, edgy and very stylish outfits that we put together from designers and labels that I had never even heard of.
