What a Frill!!!

I know it seems crazy to write about skirts as the snow is falling! I would be providing a disservice especially as the weekend is upon us if I didn't. I am so excited this trend is so hot and I predict will stay that way for a while. This is a fit that flatters any shape and size.  I understand finding the right top is the challenge when you purchase a frill skirt. Here are some tips to make it easier:

1) Keep it simple- the skirt speaks for itself, don't have it compete with a bold, printed top. Stick with a simple, fitted tee or blouse.

2) Match with a sheer blouse with a soft tie front (see above) and tucked in.

3) Tights, Tights, Tights.... enough said :)

4) Flat boot , Ankle boot, an oxford anything goes depending the look of the skirt.
