In my opinion, perfume rollers are one of the greatest beauty inventions of all time. In case you have yet to discover them, I am here to make sure that you do.

Most major perfume makers and fashion houses - and, if they're smart, soon all of them - offer perfume rollers as a new option to the classic bottles, lotions and deodorants of their signature scent. These handy tubes of frangrance hold under an ounce of perfume, but they pack a powerful punch.

Here's why:

1. They are portable and travel with ease.

If you have an event in the evening after work or simply want to stay fresh all day, carrying a full bottle of perfume can be a drag. They often leak and, depending on the size, can be heavy and take up a lot of room in your handbag. Also, they are a god-send when one is traveling by air. Most airlines charge to check a bag, but there are heavy restrictions when carrying on liquids. These perfume rollers come to the rescue.

Inevitably, I sniff so many frangrances that I give my self a headache and loose track of the ones that I like and the ones that I don't. Furthermore, you really have to wear a perfume in order to know if it will work for you. These handy rollers give you the opportunity to try out a scent (or two) with little guilt or damage to your wallet. If you don't like the scent you tried, try another! If you do like it, splurge on a full bottle and save your roller to tote in your handbag or to travel in your dop kit.
