More Garnier to love...

This blog entry is an addendum of sorts to a previous entry of mine in which I listed all of the Garnier products that I loved.

Since writing that entry, I have discovered yet another product of theirs that I adore: Garnier Fructis Volumizing Anti-Humidity Hairspray. I purchased the "extra strong" version of the spray.

On three separate occassions since purchasing it, I have used the product to maintain a hairstyle in the midst of rainy, damp weather. All three times my curly, coarse, Italian hair had been straightened with the help of a hair-dryer and flat iron. Normally, this equation equals disaster. My hair slowly but surely regains its natural curl while also increasing its volume. My once sleek style becomes poofy, fuzzy and frizzy.

But, to my surprise, this hairspray kept my hair straight, sleek and fuzz-free. Plus, it smells delicious and does not give you sticky or hard hair like most "extra strong" hairsprays.

If you are looking for a new hairspray or simply have a special event coming up, I would suggest heading to your local pharmacy - CVS and Walgreens carry it! - and picking some up. You won't be disappointed.

1. This makes me wish I had curly hair that I need to manage!! Alas, I just have straight hair!
