When I got home today, New York magazine’s Spring Fashion Edition was waiting for me in my mailbox. And the first page has a fold out ad featuring Gap’s “new cardigan”. They come in 22 colors–solids and stripes–bright, fun, and screaming Spring! The cardigan is the perfect piece to transition your dull Winter wardrobe into the milder weather of April and May. They’ve layered them over camis, tees, buttondown shirts, and my favorite–cardigan on top of cardigan. I suggest wearing them with white jeans and a pair of ballet flats and really getting into the Springtime spirit. Check out the colors and the stripes and add a little sunshine to your day.
